OnBase®

To view images related to a member, dependent, employer, etc. that you're authorized to see, you must be using a document management system like Hyland OnBase. You must first enter and save your OnBase log in credentials.

From the Home session, select the Personalize option. The Personalize screen displays.
At the Document Management Log in Info section in the bottom-left of the Personalize page, type your User Name and Password.
Click Connect On Start up.
Click Save to store your log in information in your ServiceXG preferences.
The Connect button will change to Disconnect if there's any need to disconnect from OnBase. The message underneath the Connect button will change from OnBase license isn't currently in use to OnBase license is currently in use. You are now able to access the documents through OnBase.
