ServiceXG Basics
When you open a claim, there are several possible alerts that could display depending on your system configuration and the claim.
The possible types are:
- Patient Notes
- Patient Information
- Eligibility Information
- Referral Information
- Disputed Case Information
- Attachment Information
- Claim Status Information
- COB Information
The Alerts area shows:
- The following data if available on file:
- Any comments related to the member
- The member's address
- The claimant's age
- Any billing provider alerts
- Any service provider alerts - See also Update billing provider details, comments, and alerts.
The following messages depending on system setup:
- Claimant has one or more claims matching auto display criteria (this message displays for claims of a particular status)
- Verify eligibility
- Review open referrals
- Review COB information
- Review open disputes
- Review attachments
Depending on your system settings, the Dependent Comments area shows any patient-level comments and the operator who added them.
