eFlow

eFlow is an automated work management system that guides the flow of tasks through a network of users, minimizing the organizational and administrative time spent. Tasks are automatically assigned to owners based on owner profiles, phases of progression, and a set of user-defined rules. Use eFlow to manage processes that have multiple steps, have varying workflows, require multiple operators to complete, or when there is a time constraint.

You can use eFlow to manage claims processing. As a claim is detected, it's automatically assigned to an owner based on previously-defined rules and profiles. It then follows the appropriate workflow through the system meeting defined conditions along the way (pended or audited claims).
