Add or modify contact information

Add contact information

  1. Search for and open the member.
  2. On the Member menu, click Member Information, and then the Contact Information tab.

  3. Click Add button.
  4. Enter the contact information.
    1. In the Contact Type list, select how the member would like to be contacted.
    2. In the Contact Information box enter the specific contact information for the contact type. For example, if the contact type is email, type the email address.
    3. If the member indicates this is how they want to be contacted, select the Preferred check box. You can only choose one contact method as preferred.
    4. Click Green checkmark to update the table information.

    5. Click Save icon to save.

Update contact information

  1. Select the contact information row to edit.

  2. Change the information as appropriate.
  3. Click Green checkmark to update the table information.

  4. Click Save icon to save.

Delete contact information

  1. Select the contact to delete.
    • To delete a preferred contact, make another contact method preferred first.
  2. Click Delete Button to delete the row from the table.

  3. Click Save icon to save.
