Generate a disability code list

Display or print the user-defined disability codes available in your system.

Go to: Home > Codes and Criteria > Disability > Disability Correspondence Types

Field Description
Code/Descr Order

Determines the sort order of the codes.

  • C—by code.
  • D—by description.
Report Display

Identifies the output.

  • R—create a report.
  • D—the listing displays on the screen.
Disability Code(s) A window of the available choices displays.

  1. Enter the list criteria.

    Note: See the field descriptions above for more information.
    1. At Code/Descr. Order, enter C to sort by code or D to sort by description.
    2. At Report/Display, enter R to print the report or D to display it on the screen.

    3. At Disability Code(s), to include any of the available disability codes in the report, select the sequence number (#) and a Y shows in the Display column.

      When all selections are made, enter X to exist the window.

  2. Enter C to print or view the code list.
