Set frequency code permissions

Manage access to the frequency code menu by role. Grant privileges to administrators so they can manage frequency codes.

See Add or update user roles to learn more about working in the role editor.

Go to: Home > System Administration> Security > Authorization Role Editor

  1. Select the role name from the menu.

  2. Filter the Function column by Frequency Codes.

  3. Choose an Employer Frequency Codes access level for the role.

    • Choose None to restrict the role from seeing the frequency code screen. .
    • Choose Display to let the role see and use the frequency code screen.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
