View a member's portal

There might be times when a member calls with questions regarding something they see on the portal. Operators with fund office access can view the MemberXG portal as the member to verify something or troubleshoot issues.

Note: Opening and viewing documents in the member's portal won't mark them as read and remove them from the inbox.

Search for and display the member.
Select the Member menu and click Member Portal to display the portal in your browser.
