Manage ProviderXG admin accounts
Grant access, update, or delete fund office user accounts. These user accounts enable fund office staff to experience ProviderXG as a provider user. This Fund Office Access authorizes account holders to see everything a provider sees, including all PHI
Any health information that could identify a person. This can include a person's past or present medical status or condition, payments made for health care, and health care services received.. Grant this access sparingly and only to individuals performing ProviderXG support at your office.
Access the Admin Management subtab
- Access the
User Maintenancetab (see ProviderXG User Maintenance). - Select
ProviderXGfrom theProductdropdown menu. - The
Admin Managementsubtab displays by default.
Manage fund office access
Any field with an asterisk * next to it or a red border around it must be completed before you can continue.
Add a Fund Office account
- At the bottom of the
Admin Managementsubtab, click
. - Select
Fund Office Accessfrom theAccount Typelist. - Type a
Nameand aUsernamein the boxes. -
Click
to apply your changes. -
Click
to apply the update. - The Fund Office Access account is now active.
Update a Fund Office account
If you need to change a Fund Office Account Name or Username, follow these steps.
- Click the admin account
Nameyou need to change. - Update the
NameorUsername. - Click
and then click
in the tab toolbar.
Delete a Fund Office account
If a Fund Office Account is no longer active and you want to disable access, follow these steps.
- Click the admin account
Nameyou need to delete. - At the bottom of the
Admin Managementsubtab, click
. - The account no longer displays in the table and no longer has access.
