WriterXG
With WriterXG, you can generate, preview, edit, and send information from provider, member, dependent, employer, or claims sessions (provided you have the appropriate fund and role access) in a pre-formatted template.
- Save time by using a document template that includes the page layout, logos, formats and information you use most often whenever you create a new document. The publishing feature gives the designated publisher the ability to create templates beyond the standard set included or to modify the existing templates.
The selected document output includes basys data and depending on the template type, operators can add additional information. The output can include letters, statements, invoices, checks, and forms.
With WriterXG you can:
- Access a library of best practice templates—the most often used documents containing a specified set of data. See examples of the Best practice templates.
- Quickly preview and generate on-demand, non-interactive documents that don't need customization or require operator intervention. See Create a letter for more information.
- Create, edit, and preview on-demand, interactive documents where operators can select from options and in some cases add personalized content before sending, printing, or storing.
- Send batch

- Create batch letters using a specified list of recipients for your office's custom templates.
- Review and either approve or reject a generated document or batch before reaching its final destination (provided you have a document management system). See Document review process for more information.
- Configure if, how, where, and when to print documents (per template, configured by your office administrator). See Bringing it all together—WriterXG technology.
- Send your members email notification alerts letting them know they have a new document available (if you have a document management system).
