Additionally, each rep can set up favorite menu items to quickly access the functions their job most frequently requires.<\/p>\n<p>With its dramatically improved system navigation and menu structure, Service is designed to put 90% of the information members most frequently request quickly in front of your service team. The platform also expands communications and correspondence features to improve tracking of benefits processing \u201cto-do\u201d items and member\/employer\/provider conversations, and allows you to connect images of relevant documents to the member\u2019s record for easy reference when processing a claim or responding to an inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>More and more Bridgeway customers are discovering the advantages of the user-driven design and functionality Service delivers.
