Members can view, print, or email enrollment confirmations at any time.<\/p>\n This Add-On feature provides Fund Office Operators the ability to view Member on behalf of a member\/dependent using the security framework of the basys platform without compromising the account credentials of the member\/dependent. The Fund Office Operators use this Add-On when providing services to a member\/dependent who makes an inquiry about information displayed on the portal; thus, the Operator views the exact same page\/data being viewed by the member\/dependent. Via the Health Claims screen, when a member\/dependent clicks on a claim link, Member uses the Emdeon or RedCard provided API to construct a secure URL to retrieve the PDF version of the EOB. The URL is constructed using a set of criteria (e.g., claim reference number, member identifier, etc.); the constructed URL can be used only once and PDF document is streamed to the client browser.<\/p>\n This Add-On feature gives members easy access to projecting their Pension benefits for retirement planning. Members see the pension type and options applicable to them through the Pension Options page of Member. Upon the members’ first visit to the page, they’ll be required to accept Terms and Conditions of Use written by the Fund Office. Members can project a future pension benefit based on Retirement Date, Age, and Type.\u00a0 The member also has the ability to project based on future work.
