Log in through the One Bridgeway Portal. Materials will be available on your dashboard and include webinar replays, updated documentation and a calendar of important due dates. Please contact your CSM if you need help accessing BWU.<\/p>\n<h3>Trading Partners | BCBSIL 2024 IDR Claims<\/h3>\n<p>As of 2024, BCBSIL has updated their system to manage independent dispute resolution claims (IDR). An IDR claim is a BCBSIL No Surprises Act claim processed through IDR arbitration to reconsider the plan payment amount.
