Member<\/span><\/h1>\n

An innovative web-based portal designed to provide member self-service, improve member access to benefit information and decrease member service calls to your Fund Office.<\/p>\n

Member incorporates 15 years of Bridgeway customer experience using NETime, the company\u2019s classic member portal, with next generation technology, usability and security. The Member v2\u00a0<\/b>release includes a wide range of features designed to provide flexibility and convenience to members and\/or their dependents, who can access benefit information anywhere at any time using any Web-enabled device \u2013 smartphone, tablet or PC. Member offers several Add On features<\/a>\u00a0to enhance your member’s experience.<\/p>\n

Each release successfully undergoes a defined and highly controlled beta test period with beta customers prior to general availability. During the beta test period, BASYS software undergoes extensive use in a customer\u2019s environment with real users, real data and real business scenarios to ensure the highest level of software quality.<\/p>\n

Release Requirements<\/h3>\n

The Member portal is available as a BASYS platform hosted solution, where Bridgeway handles the installation and configuration of the portal and the ongoing maintenance of the software and technical environment. We host the software on secure servers at our hosting facility, and your members and fund office users access Member remotely via the Internet. If you feel an on premise installation option better fits your needs, Bridgeway can work with you to achieve that.<\/p>\n

Employer and Member can be on the same server. However, Member cannot be installed on the same application server as Message BrokerXG. Our Tech Services group can help you determine the best location for Member.<\/p>\n

The site uses HTTPS, which requires the purchase and installation of an SSL certificate. This certificate must be on the application server hosting Member. A single UniData device license is also required with the installation of Member. Member can be accessed through different browser types<\/a>\u00a0and devices.<\/p>\n

If you’re a customer who currently uses NETime,<\/b> we recognize that you may have unique environmental factors to consider and Bridgeway will work together with you to address any issues.<\/p>\n
