Add or update the non-discrimination resource

Follow the instructions below to add or update the Non-discrimination document for your MemberXG portal environment(s). The non-discrimination notice is a document in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (see HHS.gov Section 1557 of the ACA).

Hint: It’s helpful to have the portal you’re updating displayed in another window or tab, so you can review your changes as you make them
  1. Access the Configuration tab and Configurations subtab.

  2. Select the portal environment to update, from the Environment list.
  3. At the bottom of the Configurations subtab, click Browse next to the Nondiscrimination Resource box to display a browse window.
  4. Locate and select the file. The file must be in a PDFClosed A file format designed to present documents the same way on different devices. Typically, PDFs are not editable. format to display on the portal.

  5. Click Save icon to apply the change. The selected file now displays on the portal after the associated link is selected.
